The SMR-MAC semi-trailer is a rear-loading compactor that can be mounted on a road chassis or a "Mezzo d'Opera" (conveyor). The body's volumetric capacity varies between 43 and 50 cubic meters. Its extraordinary robustness and load capacity allow this equipment to function as a true waste transfer station for waste conveyed by satellite vehicles or unloading systems (conveyor belts).
THE SEMI-TRAILER'S POWER SUPPLY IS AUTONOMOUS THROUGH DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS:
Latest generation 4-cylinder diesel internal combustion engine, fully faired with sound-absorbing material and compliant with the European Directive.
Three-phase asynchronous electric motor with 22 kW of power, powered by 380 V.
Power take-off connected to the tractor.
The power unit is housed in a compartment located at the front of the semi-trailer, protected by lockable doors. Waste is unloaded using a shovel. All system functions are managed by a PLC. The semi-trailer complies with the latest European directives regarding safety, noise, and emissions.
The articulated single-blade compaction device moves on two external upper guides and two lower connecting rods, which give the kinematics high structural strength, amplifying its compression capacity. The four cylinders that operate the system are made with hardened and chrome-plated rods; furthermore, the compaction trolley cylinders are positioned outside the tailgate, protected from debris and easily accessible for maintenance.
Hydraulic operating system with advanced electronic management, which guarantees all the functionality and safety of the equipment according to the highest standards, with data communication interface system.
Controls and safety devices compliant with the Machinery Directive and UNI EN 1501.
