The MAKTRON is the new line of MAZZOCCHIA rear-loading compactors that combines the completion of the range with various technological and operational solutions.
The compaction system has been repositioned inside the hopper to improve load distribution on the rear axle. The new articulated single-blade system features optimized kinematics for compacting particularly bulky waste; the system slides on straight guides with skids positioned outside the hopper, easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance.
In accordance with new and increasingly advanced safety systems, the systems are designed to prevent access to the hopper for maintenance purposes; valves and distributors are positioned at eye level outside the hopper. The container is equipped with support lines for attaching fall arrest systems as standard.
The loading hopper has been enlarged, resulting in a 30% increase in volume and a 100 mm increase in internal width; this has improved both the transfer from the satellite vehicles and the ingestion speed.
The loading mouth has been completely redesigned; the loading threshold has been lowered to a height of approximately 1,250 mm from the ground, to facilitate manual loading.
The container lifting device, designed and built according to the latest version of the UNI EN 1501-5 standard, fits completely within the hopper profile, so as not to hinder manual loading and decanting operations.
The new cargo bed design elegantly integrates with the cabin. The resulting volume promotes optimal load distribution and prevents water from pooling in the upper part.
The discharge bulkhead is directly controlled by an adjustable hydraulic system, with the possibility of varying the compaction ratio.
The electro-hydraulic systems have been completely redesigned in compliance with the new European regulatory standards, with advanced interface systems for real-time data communication.
Control panel in the cabin with dedicated graphics, prepared for new data management systems to effectively manage various work situations.
All control stations have been positioned in a safe and ergonomic manner in compliance with the Machinery Directive and UNI EN 1501.
