MAC2B / MAC3B

The Mac3B and Mac2B are medium-sized rear-mounted compactors from the MAC line, featuring a watertight waste container and a universal, rear-hinged loading hopper. The Mac2B has a high load capacity and a generously sized hopper for transfer operations. It is primarily suited for 18-ton chassis. The Mac3B is more compact and can be fitted to chassis weighing 14 tons or more.

The MAC articulated single-blade compaction device is a patented system that moves on two external upper guides and two lower connecting rods, which give the kinematics high structural strength, amplifying its compression capacity. The four cylinders that operate the system are made with hardened and chrome-plated rods; furthermore, the compaction trolley cylinders are positioned outside the tailgate, protected from debris and easily accessible for maintenance.

Waste discharge via internal bulkhead; hydraulically controlled, adjustable backpressure of the expulsion bulkhead, with the option of varying the compaction ratio.

Hydraulic operating system with advanced electronic management, which guarantees all the functionality and safety of the equipment according to the highest standards, with data communication interface system.

Container lifts and rear footrests manufactured in accordance with European reference standards and standardised with the entire Mazzocchia rear range.

Backlit touch-screen control panel in the cabin with dedicated graphics to effectively communicate various work situations. Controls and safety devices compliant with the Machinery Directive and UNI EN 1501.
