The headquarters
Since 1967, Mazzocchia has been headquartered in Frosinone, the largest city in the Latin Valley, a major transport hub in Lazio between Rome and Naples. The entire Mazzocchia plant occupies a surface area of 45,000 square meters, approximately 12,000 of which are covered. Our headquarters are strategically located near the A1 Frosinone motorway exit, in the industrial hub of the province of Frosinone, one of the most important in the Lazio region.

Mazzocchia pursues its goals with a profound awareness of the centrality of human resources and absolute respect for professional ethics, essential elements for the healthy development of the company and its members, each aware of contributing their own skills to a winning team.
The Company has an efficient and appropriate organizational structure that operates with a good level of planning and coordination. In recent years, it has computerized its internal and external communications systems and developed integrated management software across all its departments. The organizational structure is headed by the Board of Directors, which reports to the CEO.
The company employs 120 people divided into the various functions presented in the organizational chart: the personnel office, the administrative and financial management, the accounting office, the purchasing department, the purchasing office, the technical management, the research and development office, the testing office, the sales management, and production.
Production
Mazzocchia's production process is based on a system of highly specialized phases, redesigned in recent years in accordance with the National Smart Specialization Strategy (SN_A1), "High-efficiency and industrial sustainability production processes," aimed at creating highly functional, low-environmental-impact municipal waste compactor vehicles. This project has led Mazzocchia to invest heavily in specific technologies and equipment for each production phase, with the overall objective of a program incorporating technological solutions aimed at optimizing the production and industrial automation process, manufacturing technologies for products made with new materials, mechatronics, robotics, and the use of advanced information and communication technologies for the virtualization of manufacturing processes. The adoption of Smart Factory methods has allowed Mazzocchia to have a more flexible production process, increasing the quality and sustainability of the final product.
