The UNI PdR 125:2022 certification process for Gender Equality has begun.
Our company has begun the process of obtaining UNI PdR 125:2022 certification, the national standard that defines the guidelines for a management system oriented towards gender equality, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
The project involves the adoption of an organizational model that promotes:
- fair, transparent and non-discriminatory processes;
- valorization of skills and professionalism;
- a safe and respectful working environment;
- women's empowerment policies;
- protection of the right to parenthood, without negative impacts on one's career.
The goal is to integrate the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into all corporate activities and relationships with strategic partners, helping to spread a sustainable and responsible culture throughout the entire supply chain.
The certification process represents an important step towards improving people's well-being, increasing corporate competitiveness, and aligning ourselves with the highest nationally recognized ESG standards.

Mazzocchia has maintained and maintained its Quality Management System certification since 1997. The Quality Management System has been developed over the years to ensure that the quality of its products and services always meets the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 reference standard and the mandatory legislative requirements applicable to its sector of activity.

Mazzocchia & Environment
Mazzocchia has always been committed to protecting the environment within its operations, and since 2005 has expressed this commitment through the implementation of an Environmental Management System compliant with the ISO 14001 reference standard. Similar to the ISO 9001 certification for continuous product and organizational improvement, ISO 14001 is an internationally adopted model for assessing a company's ability to manage the environment. The goal is to contribute to improving environmental quality and raising public awareness of environmental issues, combating pollution and its negative effects, which are becoming increasingly severe and frequent. With the establishment of the Environmental Management System, Mazzocchia has formally committed to pursuing:
- Clear and identified goals and objectives regarding pollution prevention
- Reducing energy and resource waste
- The recyclability of materials
- The establishment of environmental, health and safety standards and practices where laws and regulations are non-existent or inadequate
The Mazzocchia Environmental Management System is certified in compliance with ISO 14001:15 and is subject to periodic audits by the Kiwa Cermet certification body.
