What we need from you

Demonstrable commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent inter-personal, communication, influencing and change management skills, including the ability to challenge processes for continuous improvement.
Sound presentation and reporting skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and common communication tools on the web.
Availability to travel
Be able to speak English; knowlwdge of a second language is preferential
Experience in Industrial vehicles or urban hygiene vehicle sector would be preferred.
high school degree
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
Technical background is a plus

The role requires:

Develop and implement sales in the international market
Create positive results for Company, distributors and customers
Establish productive and professional relationships with customers;
Relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
Negotiate and close agreements
Prepare regular sales forecasts;
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Cooperate with the after-sales department to manage the customer during the use of the product
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis
Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Visit customers according to the plans established with the Management
participate in trade fairs
