CE Marking a product according to an EU directive means respecting the essential requirements of this directive and all other directives applicable to the product , as well as follow the certification process provided.

All products in the Mazzocchia Brothers LTD are certified according MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/EC and subsequent amendments.

In the analysis of certified machines Mazzocchia comply with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC , the directives on noise ( 2000/14/EC ) , the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directives (2004/108/EC ) . Were also applied the harmonized standards EN 1501.

The construction , sale, and importation of a compactor ( VRR ) does not comply within the European Union is an offense, because such equipment can have neither a CE marking or a declaration of conformity legally valid.

The user ( the employer ) is required to ensure that the product complies with the directives in the field of security, providing tools to secure employment to its workers.

National authorities have the right to impose sanctions on employers who violate their obligation to provide tools for safe working and comply with their workers .

Such sanctions may include fines or even imprisonment.
